As a Spark STEM Scholars mentee, students will select one course from each subject area: Test Prep, Science, and Math. Through weekly online sessions led by experienced high school mentors, students strengthen their understanding of the class they enroll in through interactive lessons, homework assignments, and assessments designed to reinforce learning and track progress. 

As a Spark STEM Scholars mentor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire the younger generation while earning valuable teaching experience, leadership skills, and volunteer hours. You are expected to do the following:

1. - Preparing lesson plans and educational materials to enhance student understanding.

2. - Engaging students through interactive sessions held weekly on Zoom.

3. - Providing personalized assistance and feedback to support individual student progress.

4. - Encouraging a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
